Wedding day Coordination is perfect for those bride and groom who have planned there whole wedding them self and want to relax and enjoy the most special day of their lives! Wedding Day Coordination includes:

  • · One meeting session a month poor to the wedding

  •   Creating a Wedding day Schedule for the couple and the Bridal party

  •  Confirm and Coordinating Vendor Activities

  • Coordinating Venue Decoration

  •  Attending at the Wedding Rehearsal

  •   Supervising of ceremony and reception program

  • Supervising Wedding Photo Sessions

  • Full day Attendance at the Wedding

  • Wedding day Emergency Kit

Wedding Day Coordination’s fee $600


Full Wedding Coordination

Our Full Wedding coordination service design to help the bride and groom make there dream become a reality! We will be there to help guide and plan every stage of your perfect day!

Form the beginning to the end. You decide how involved you want us to be.

  • Creating a wedding Time Line  
  • Creating a Budget      
  • Developing a perfect wedding Theme
  • Recommending, Visiting and Selecting vendors
  • Recommending, Visiting and Selecting Venue
  • Developing your venue decorations scheme
  • Creating your guest list and seating plan 

The Full day Coordination’s also includes the wedding day coordination as apart of the package. So no Detail is missed on your special.

Full Wedding Coordination’s will be calculated at 10% of the total wedding budget.

Minimum Charges of $1000 applies
